You can choose to collect by:
-Normal Postage ( $1 per pair, add $0.50 to every other additional pair of lense)
-Registered Postage ( $3 per pair, add $0.50 to every other additional pair of lense)
-Meet up is only applicable at Sengkang LRT(Compasspoint), Sengkang MRT(Compasspoint) to Serangoon MRT only.

What is the waiting time for your spree?
The estimated time of arrival for the lense is 1 week after the preorder ends.
Can i cancel my orders?
You can make changes to your orders, but you are not allowed to ask for refund/cancel your orders.
Can i pay after my lens arrived?
No payment = No order. But half payment is allowed.
Can i contact you via sms?
Sorry but no, all enquires will be replied through E-mails.
I haven't receive my parcel, i opt for Normal Postage.
You can try waiting for a few days, a return address will be written at the back of the parcel so it should be sent back to us. Again i stress that we will not be responsible for any lost of parcels and will not do refunds.
Registered postage is strongly recommended.

1. We will not process any orders before payments are made.
2. Delays due to public holidays are not our responsibility.
3. Do not order if you don't trust us. Our lens are approved by FDA and we will not be responsible for any injuries.
4. We are not liable for any lost of mails. This means that no refunds will be made if your parcel is lost through normal postage.
5. If the lenses or degree you chose is OOS. And no alternative lenses/degree given, it will be replaced by another Similar-Type of lenses/it will be replaced 50-100 degree lower or higher.
6. No changes will be allowed after orders are sent in.
7. Blogshop owners please make the effort to tell us if you're not taking supplies from us anymore.
8. We do not provide refunds.
9. Preorders will only end after capping is reached, please be patient!
10. We reserve all rights to change the terms without prior notice.
